Please note that the person booking the event must be over 18 years of age. However please also note that a contract does not exist between us until the deposit has been paid.
When making an enquiry to us about your event we will price it accordingly, this is not a confirmation of booking and the date will not be held for you just because a price has been obtained. Any such enquiry simply confirms that we are dealing with your booking request and is not a confirmation of it.
However, please note that if a deposit is not received on time, we will not be able to keep that date for you and it will then be given to someone else. All balance on jobs must be paid in full on completion of the job and interest will be incurred on any overdue balance.
Your payment and the issuing to you of our Invoice will create a contract between us. These Booking Conditions form the basis of your contract with you and ‘Northwest Reindeer Hire(www.northwestreindeerhire.co.uk) You should read and ensure you fully understand them (raising any queries you may have with us) before asking us to confirm your booking. By asking us to confirm your booking, you are liable to be regarded as having had the opportunity to have read and understood our Booking Conditions, and to have actually done so before a contract between us came into existence.
